"Convenient spot, but communication could be clearer"
Pearle Vision was easy for me to get to since it’s right near where I already run errands, and parking wasn’t a hassle. The visit itself went smoothly overall, aside from a bit of a wait. My only real annoyance was that the communication wasn’t very clear, so I was left guessing a couple of times about what was happening next

I’ve used a few different lenses from other brands before, and these feel like better quality. They’re clear, comfortable, and don’t feel cheap or flimsy. For the price, I’m happy with them and would definitely buy again.

I’m usually a little skeptical when companies make everything sound super smooth and perfect, but booking the appointment was actually easy. I got it set up without much hassle, so no complaints there
"Good visit, just a bit of upselling"
I don’t remember every little part of the appointment, but the main thing that stuck with me is that the eye exam went smoothly and everyone was friendly. The doctor explained what was going on in a way that made sense, and I got my glasses sorted faster than I expected.
The only part I keep half-remembering in a slightly annoying way is being nudged toward lens extras and more expensive frames. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I did have to say no more than once. Still, the glasses turned out well, so overall I’m happy with the visit.

"Ordering online felt like a risk I wouldn’t take again"
My online order turned into a mess. It was delayed, and when I reached out to support, they really didn’t do anything to help. I ended up feeling like I lost time waiting around with no clear answer, which is exactly what I try to avoid when ordering online. Not sure I’d risk ordering from here again.

"Barely had to wait"
I had a easy visit at Pearle Vision. I was expecting to sit around for a bit, but they called me back maybe five minutes after I got there, which was a nice surprise.
The exam went smoothly and didn’t feel rushed, but I also wasn’t left waiting around between each step. Overall it was simple, quicker than a lot of other eye appointments I’ve had, and I’d give it 5 stars.
"My frames fit better now"
I stopped in for a quick frame adjustment because they were kind of pinching behind my ears, i wasn’t totally sure if it would make much of a difference. But they adjusted them really well, and now they sit much more comfortably. It was an easy visit, and the staff was really nice about it.

I’d say some of the staff were professional and easy to deal with, but a few others seemed like they were in a bit of a rush and weren’t all that helpful. Overall, it was sort of hit or miss...

"Repair was fine, but the wait made me a little uneasy"
I went to Pearle Vision because one of the arms on my glasses had gotten loose, and I didn’t want to risk them breaking completely while I was out somewhere. The staff was friendly and they did end up fixing them, so I appreciated that part.
The only downside was the wait. It took longer than I expected, and I wasn’t really given an estimate, which made me a bit nervous since glasses aren’t something I can easily go without. The repair seems okay so far, but overall the visit felt average, nothing terrible, just not especially reassuring either

It was okay overall, but I felt a bit rushed around the whole time. I would’ve liked a little more time to ask questions and feel more comfortable about everything.

"Found my prescription easily"
I was needing my old prescription, and on pearlevision.com I did manage to get to it without much trouble. The login spot took me a minute to find, but after that, there the record was and it was easy enough to read. A little faster it could be, but overall it worked fine for me.

Every Pearle I’ve been to has been solid, honestly. Not fancy or anything, but they’re usually consistent and I know what to expect.

"Decent site, but depends on what you’re trying to do"
The site was fine overall, but I wouldn’t call it the easiest one to use. If you’re just trying to find a nearby store, it gets the job done, but once I started booking an eye exam, it felt like there were a few more steps than necessary.
Some pages were a little slow for me, and the insurance details could’ve been explained more clearly. It’s not a bad site by any means, and I’d probably use it again if I needed to, but compared to other appointment sites, it felt a bit clunky.

I had an eye appointment at Pearle Vision, the easy parking put me in such a better mood before I even walked in.
There were plenty of spots right near the door, which was a huge relief because I was coming straight from work and really didn’t want to deal with circling around or worrying about being late.
It was quick, simple, free, and completely stress-free. Little things like that make the whole visit feel so much easier. Definitely 5 stars from me.

"Easy exchange and no fuss"
I accidentally ordered the wrong frames, but getting them exchanged was really easy. The return process was straightforward, and the staff were friendly about it instead of making it a big deal. Smooth experience overall, and I’d probably use them again.

I’m not always the best at noticing these things, but the store seemed really clean and easy to relax in. The floors, counters, and even the exam area all looked well taken care of. I think it made the whole visit feel a lot more comfortable

"Warranty was easy to deal with"
The warranty process was way easier than I expected. I had an issue with my glasses, and they got them fixed fast. I was kind of expecting a hassle, but nope, it was straightforward, and I was back to using them again without much waiting around

"Faster than I expected"
I ordered from pearlevision.com and, to be honest, I assumed it would take a while, but the turnaround was actually really good. They sent updates along the way, and the delivery showed up a couple days earlier than I figured it would. The glasses were packed well enough, and everything looked fine when they arrived. Overall, it was a smooth order.

To be fair, the store seemed clean and I’m sure the staff may have just been having an off day, but the overall atmosphere at this Pearle Vision felt uncomfortable to me. It was really quiet, kind of cold, and the lighting felt harsh, which made the whole visit feel awkward. I didn’t get much of a welcoming vibe and wanted to leave quickly. I think customers deserve to feel a bit more comfortable when they walk in

"Definitely too many reminders"
The reminders did come through, so that part was fine, but I’m absolutely convinced there were way too many texts. Like, no question, it felt a bit over the top.
